NOELLE'S BIOGRAPHY


NOELLE FEDERICO is a resident of Franklin, Tennessee.

Noelle Federico is a 37-year-old single mother who has been involved in interpersonal training programs since the age of 13. She is Vice President of Nature’s Youth, Inc. and Music City News Publishing, Inc.and the founder of the Nature’s Youth Fit Kids Foundation as well as the Editor of Music City News Magazine.  

She is a personal fitness and weight loss coach and is the creator of Shape Up Nashville, a good health initiative program designed to assist the Nashville community. Noelle is a real person with a real story and practical advice. Her road to a healthier lifestyle has been chronicled in Practical Change.
